Here you can find answers to most frequently asked questions.

  • PROCESSING TIME:

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies (usually 2-5 business days). For details, see individual items. 

You'll be getting shipment status notifications as soon as your order is shipped. 

  • FREE SHIPPING PROTECTION:


Our shipping protection program helps our customers to get reimbursed within a couple of days for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. We provide customers with peace of mind, and yes, it is completely free!

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

  • CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs. 



  • PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Architeg Prints prioritizes the security of your payment information and never accesses your credit card details. We process payments via Stripe, ensuring you benefit from customer protection features that guarantee a safe and secure transaction.


  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We gladly accept returns

Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery.

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations 

But please contact us if you experience any problems with your order. We always tend to reply within 24h.

Reprints

We strive for 5-star service and do our best to ensure that you receive high-quality product within a shipping deadlines. But in case your order was damaged, lost in transit, or you're not satisfied with the quality, we're pleased to offer either reprint free of charge or full refund.

How do I return?

  • Contact us via Contact Form with your order ID.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • In unused and resellable condition.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

What are the refund options?

Refund to the original payment method.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated return expenses. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

My order hasn't arrived yet:

Please note that all posters are shipped with a tracking id, so you could always check the status and location of your package.

If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (US) or 4 weeks (rest of world), please check with your local post office or with the front desk in your apartments, as they may well be holding it for you - even if you didn't receive a delivery notice. If it is not there, we will be happy to send you a free replacement or issue a refund at this point.

If you experience difficulties picking up your order from the transportation company, we're also happy to help by contacting them and investigate from our side.

Please note that if orders are returned to us as 'unclaimed' or 'undeliverable', or an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. We will be happy to resend the order if the shipping fee is paid again (please contact us for details).

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 15% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

Sizing details:

If you require a size that is not listed, please contact us, as we can usually accommodate custom size requests.

Care instructions:

If the poster does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth.

Gift wrapping and packaging:

Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. Up to 4 pieces per tube for smaller posters, and up to 3 pieces per tube for large size posters. Canvas Gallery Wraps are shipped in a fold-over cardboard box.

Unfortunately, we can't offer a gift wrap or gift messages right now, but we're working to add this option in the nearest time.
